Longtime Washington Performing Arts Children of the Gospel Choir music director and accompanist, producer, educator, and DMV-area luminary Anthony “Tony” Walker leads an evening celebrating the legendary Roberta Flack, Marvin Gaye, Donnie Hathaway, and Richard Smallwood, whose roots in DC’s Black communities helped shape the sound of a nation.
